The John Booth Award for Volunteering returns for 2022!

Who will YOU nominate?

We are delighted to announce the return of the John Booth Award for Volunteering!

Are you grateful for the tireless work of one of our brilliant volunteers? Do you think that someone has gone above and beyond for the PWS community? Now is the time to say 'thank you' by nominating them for this award.

John was one of the Association’s tireless supporters, a trustee, President, Chair of Trustees and dad to Rachel who sadly died in her fifties in 2018.

As you may have read in the last edition of PWS News, John himself passed away last autumn and so this year we are proud to be able to relaunch this award in his memory. The award took a break last year as coronavirus restrictions in 2020 and 2021 meant a lack of volunteering opportunities, which would have made nominations difficult.

You can download a nomination form here.

Nominations close on 31st May 2022.
